New School Song
WE'RE INDEPENDENT
In the spring of 2024, we collaborated with local songwriter Meaghan Smith to create a school song, “We’re Independent!”. This effort brought together ideas from every grade, from Littles to grade 9, and reflects our values of creativity, individuality, and togetherness, blending heartfelt lyrics that captures the essence of what it means to be part of Halifax Independent.
